ING Employment provides recruitment and staffing services for companies. All service terms, fees, and hiring arrangements are subject to individual agreements between ING Employment and each client.

2. No Guarantee of Placement

We do not guarantee employment results, timelines, or candidate outcomes. All placements are dependent on candidate availability, qualifications, and client selection.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for verifying candidate qualifications, conducting interviews if desired, and making final hiring decisions. ING Employment facilitates the recruitment process but does not employ placed candidates directly unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.

4. Fees

Fees and payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in separate service agreements. This website does not constitute a binding offer of service or pricing.

5. Use of Website

Content on this site is for informational purposes only. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ING Employment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or recruitment services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
