Our
Story

ING Employment was founded in Toronto by Osama Mousa with a simple mission: to raise the standard of how hiring is done in Canada. Though we operate as a small firm, we are backed by a joint venture with a national industry leader, giving us the resources, infrastructure, and reach of a large agency, while maintaining the personal attention and accountability that only a founder-led company can provide.

Our name carries deep meaning. ING stands for Iain Geronimo, Osama’s closest friend, whose passing inspired not just a company name, but a legacy. Iain represented loyalty, integrity, and relentless work ethic. Those values are now the foundation of everything we do.

We are not here to be one of many staffing firms. We are here to be the firm companies trust when results matter. We work with urgency, we answer our phones, and we take every placement personally. Our goal is not just to fill roles, but to build long-term partnerships and to make ING Employment a name synonymous with reliability, honesty, and execution.

From Canada down to the U.S, we are building our reputation one successful placement at a time. We may be new, but we are not inexperienced. We are determined, we are resourced, and we are building something that lasts.
